Attached below is a link to the encrypted pdf file with the Trustee’s case confirmation recommendations for the Topeka Chapter 13 Confirmation Hearings. My cutoff to advise the Court of Resolutions for the announce lists will be 4:00 pm on the Monday before the Docket.

Judge Somers has announced that he will be remote for the Docket. I will be remote as well. I will also be out of my office this Thursday and Friday before Memorial Day Weekend, so I will not be available to discuss cases on the phone before next Tuesday the 26th. I hopefully will be available on the 26th to discuss and resolve issues, but that also will not be in time to take a given case off of Wednesday’s docket. If you have issues that we can resolve via email, or will agree to the trustee’s recommendation in a particular case, please send me that by email.

“Call” means the Court will call the case unless a different agreement is reached. “OconMod” means that I think we can circulate an agreed Order Modifying and Confirming.
