Attached below is a link to the encrypted PDF containing the Trustee’s recommendations for the Topeka Chapter 13 Confirmation Hearings.

Please review the recommendations before the hearing. I would like to resolve as many issues as possible in advance. If you have only a few cases on the docket, please email me your response to the recommendation for each case.

My cutoff for advising the Court of resolutions for the announcement lists is 4:00 p.m. on the Monday before the docket. Please have any agreed resolutions to me by that time.

A couple of notes on the recommendations:

“Call” means that I expect the Court to call the case unless we reach a different agreement before the hearing.

“OconMod” means that I believe the issues can be resolved by circulating an agreed Order Modifying and Confirming.
