The Trustee’s recommendations for the upcoming Topeka Chapter 13 Confirmation Hearings are available through the link below.

Please review the recommendations before the hearing. I would like to resolve as many outstanding issues as possible in advance. If you have only a few cases on the docket, please email me your response to the recommendation for each case.

Deadline for Resolutions: My cutoff for advising the Court of agreed resolutions for inclusion on the announcement lists is 4:00 p.m. on the Monday preceding the hearing. Please provide any agreed resolutions by that deadline.

Explanation of Recommendation Codes:

• “Call” – I expect the Court to call the case unless we reach a different agreement before the hearing.
• “OconMod” – I believe the outstanding issues can be resolved through an agreed Order Modifying and Confirming.
