I have been advised that commencing July 1, 2017, I will be appointed as Chapter 12 Trustee and my office will begin administering the Farm reorganizations, in addition to the Chapter 13’s that are filed in the Wichita division for the district of Kansas.  I look forward to this opportunity and hopefully I can have a positive impact with the debtors that seek Chapter 12 bankruptcy relief.
