My Cutoff to advise the Court of Resolutions before the docket will be Tuesday at Noon. After the deadline for submission of resolutions to the Court has passed, I will upload the announce lists to this Blog. Cases will be either ready to Confirm, OconMod, Continue or Call. The lists should be up here by Tuesday afternoon.

“Call” means the Court will call the case unless a different agreement is reached before the deadline. “OconMod” means that I think we can circulate an agreed Order.
