Attached are my case recommendations for the Chapter 13 Confirmation Hearings on June 12, 2019.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FILE IS NOW ENCRYPTED.  THE PASSWORD NEEDED TO OPEN THE FILE  WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL.  Please review the recommendations and respond to me by email.

If there is uncertainty over an issue or recommendation, please also review the objection I have filed in the case.   When appropriate I try to include sufficient detail in my objections so that the issues can be understood and addressed.

My cutoff to submit resolutions to Court is Noon on Tuesday, the day before the Docket. If I have not received an email reply or approval for my recommendations on a particular case by then, the case will be added to the “Call” list and will be announced and heard on the Docket on Wednesday,April 10 at 1:30 pm.

“Call” means the Court will call the case unless a different agreement is reached.

“OconMod” means that I think we can circulate an agreed Order.

The prime rate increased again so the Trustee discount rate has also increased from 5.5% to 5.75% beginning with cases filed on 6/21/17.

We were a little late, but the Chapter 13 office enjoyed a nice walk by the river down to the Keeper of the Plains.

I have been advised that commencing July 1, 2017, I will be appointed as Chapter 12 Trustee and my office will begin administering the Farm reorganizations, in addition to the Chapter 13’s that are filed in the Wichita division for the district of Kansas.  I look forward to this opportunity and hopefully I can have a positive impact with the debtors that seek Chapter 12 bankruptcy relief.

I hope that this site will eventually be useful as a way to communicate with the constituents in  my Chapter 13 world.   In this place I will assemble links, addresses, contact information, documents and sometimes comments.  Eventually it may include docket notes and updates regarding upcoming matters.
