Here’s to the Chapter 13 trustees,
Whose work is often overlooked,
But who tirelessly and skillfully guide
Those struggling with debt and bankruptcy.

They navigate the complex legal terrain
With expertise and empathy,
Working toward a better financial future
For those in need of debt relief.

We raise our glasses to these professionals,
Whose role is vital and important,
And who make a positive difference
In the lives of so many.

To the Chapter 13 trustees, we say cheers,
Thank you for all that you do,
And may your work continue to bring hope
To those facing tough times.

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee’s, wise and just,
A beacon of hope for those in dire need,
To help them out of debt, to readjust,
And pave the way for a brighter indeed.

With knowledge and skill, they guide the way,
Through legal jargon and financial strife,
A steady hand to help repay,
And rebuild a hopeful financial life.

With trust and transparency, they lead the way,
To manage creditors, and ease the pain,
The truest friend of those who cannot pay,
To bring them back to the sunny lane.

So here’s to you, Chapter 13 Trustees,
Your light shines bright, as you ease our blues.

Oh Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, thou art a curse
To those who suffer from financial strain
But lo! Thou offerest a path to traverse
Through troubled times, and freedom to regain

Debtors come before thee, with heavy hearts
With debts they cannot pay, and bills unpaid
Thou offerest them a chance for fresh starts
And peace of mind, when all seems lost and frayed

But with thy aid, some sacrifices must be made
Assets may be lost, and credit scores will fall
Yet out of the ashes, a new life is laid
With lessons learned, and better choices called

So though it may seem daunting now, my friend
Thy journey through Chapter 7 will soon end.

Oh, Chapter 12, the bitter pill we take
Farm bankruptcies, their woes and their despair
Economic strife, the struggling stake
The land and harvest yield, a burden to bear

The proud farmer, the backbone of our land
Their hopes and dreams, now shattered and torn
The debts pile high, beyond their command
And hope seems lost, for all that they’ve borne

But yet, there’s light, a glimmer in the dark
Chapter 12, the savior of the farm
A chance to breathe again, a brand new start
With lawyers and accountants to bring calm

So raise your heads, dear farmers, don’t you fret
For Chapter 12 will save your livelihoods yet.

In times of financial strife and great despair, When debts have piled up and  there seems no end, Chapter 13 Bankruptcy can repair The damage done, and on a new path send.

A debtor’s court-approved repayment plan, For up to five years, will ease the load, With payments made to creditors as planned, A chance for debtors to get back on the road.

But though it offers hope and new relief, This path is not for all, a fact well-known, A complex process that brings both joy and grief, With rules and  guidelines that must be shown.

So take heart, those who struggle with debt’s weight, Chapter 13 can help, a chance to set things straight.

The lists should be up here by Tuesday afternoon.

Please review the recommendations.  I would like to resolve all of the cases that can be resolved prior to the hearing. If there is uncertainty over an issue or recommendation, please also review the Objection I have filed in the case. When appropriate I try to include sufficient detail in my lengthy objections so that the issues can be understood and addressed.

“Call” means the Court will call the case unless a different agreement is reached before the deadline. “OconMod” means that I think we can circulate an agreed Order.
