*** PLEASE REMEMBER – Copies of the Debtors most recently filed income tax returns are due to me at least 7 days before the 341 hearing, AND pursuant to 11 USC 1308 the debtors previous four years of tax returns must be FILED WITH THE TAXING AUTHORITY not later than the day before the 341 hearing. The Trustee can extend that deadline, or the Debtor can request more time before the deadline expires, but if its not extended the case SHALL BE DISMISSED pursuant to 11 USC 1307(e).

My Cutoff to advise the Court of Resolutions before the docket will be Friday at 2 pm. After the deadline has passed, I will upload the “announce” lists to this Blog. Cases will be either ready to Confirm, OconMod, Continue or Call. The lists should be up here by Monday morning.
