My Cutoff to advise the Court of Resolutions will be the end of the day on MONDAY before the Docket. I will not be available to discuss confirmation of these cases on Tuesday morning because my previous requests to the attorneys for patience as my office works through Topeka merger issues/problems has been rejected, and the Topeka Court has set a number of hearings on an expedited basis for Tuesday morning. In addition, As you are aware, my office has recently merged cases from the Topeka trustee’s office.  We are working diligently to process employer pay orders, confirmation orders, the filing of notices of completion and final accounts and other required documents and pleadings.  We appreciate your patience as we work through the merger.  We request you hold off on emailing us concerning these issues and give our staff an opportunity to focus their attention on working through the backlog in the Topeka cases.
