Attached below is a link to the encrypted pdf file with my case confirmation recommendations for the Topeka Chapter 13 Confirmation Hearings. The Chapter 13 Confirmation Docket will begin at 10:00 a.m., and the Chapter 7, 11 & 12 Miscellaneous Hearings will be at 11:15 a.m., or whenever the Court reaches the same. My cutoff to advise the Court of Resolutions for the announce lists will be 4:00 pm on the Monday before the Docket.

Review the recommendations. I would like to resolve all of the cases that can be resolved prior to the hearing. If you only have a few cases on the docket, please email your preferred response to the recommendation.

If there is uncertainty over an issue or recommendation, please also review the objection I have filed in the case. When appropriate I try to include sufficient detail in my objections so that the issues can be understood and addressed.

“Call” means the Court will call the case unless a different agreement is reached. “OconMod” means that I think we can circulate an agreed Order Modifying and Confirming.
