Please review the recommendations and the Objections, if any. I will be calling to discuss reconciliation of my objections and to get cases confirmed. If you have a simple matter, or just a few cases on the docket, please feel free to send me an email. If there is uncertainty over an issue or recommendation, please also review the Objection I have filed in the case. When appropriate I try to include sufficient detail in my objections so that the issues can be understood and addressed.

*** PLEASE REMEMBER – Copies of the Debtors most recently filed income tax returns are due to me at least 7 days before the 341 hearing, AND pursuant to 11 USC 1308 the debtors previous four years of tax returns must be FILED WITH THE TAXING AUTHORITY not later than the day before the 341 hearing. The Trustee can extend that deadline, or the Debtor can request more time before the deadline expires, but if its not extended the case SHALL BE DISMISSED pursuant to 11 USC 1307(e).

My Cutoff to advise the Court of Resolutions before the docket will be Tuesday at Noon. After the deadline has passed, I will upload the “announce” lists to this Blog. Cases will be either ready to Confirm, OconMod, Continue or Call. The lists should be up here by Wednesday morning.

“Call” means the Court will call the case unless a different agreement is reached before the deadline. “OconMod” means that I think we can circulate an agreed Order.
