Please review the recommendations and confer with Karin regarding reconciliation of objections and to get cases confirmed. If you have a simple matter, or just a few cases on the docket, please send an email. If there is uncertainty over an issue or recommendation, please carefully review the Objection filed in the case. When appropriate we try to include sufficient detail in objections so that the issues can be understood and addressed.

The Cutoff to advise the Court of Resolutions before the docket will be Tuesday at Noon.

“Call” means the Court will call the case unless a different agreement is reached before the deadline. “OconMod” means that I think we can circulate an agreed Order.
