Below is an encrypted pdf file with my case recommendations for the Wichita Chapter 13 Confirmation Hearings scheduled for 2:30 pm on Thursday, January 12, 2022.

My Cutoff to advise the Court of Resolutions will be Noon on the Tuesday before the Docket. After the deadline for submission of resolutions to the Court has passed, I will upload the announce lists to this Blog. Cases will be either ready to Confirm, OconMod, Continue or Call. The lists should be up here by Tuesday afternoon.

Please review the recommendations.  I would like to resolve all of the cases that can be resolved prior to the hearing. If there is uncertainty over an issue or recommendation, please also review the Objection I have filed in the case. When appropriate I try to include sufficient detail in my lengthy objections so that the issues can be understood and addressed.

“Call” means the Court will call the case unless a different agreement is reached before the deadline. “OconMod” means that I think we can circulate an agreed Order.

In addition, As you are aware, my office has recently merged cases from the Topeka trustee’s office.  We are working diligently to process employer pay orders, confirmation orders, the filing of notices of completion and final accounts and other required documents and pleadings.  We appreciate your patience as we work through the merger.  We request you hold off on emailing us concerning these issues and give our staff an opportunity to focus their attention on working through the backlog in the Topeka cases.
