Please review the recommendations.  I would like to resolve all of the cases that can be resolved prior to the hearing. For this docket I expect to be making phone calls on Friday and Monday before the docket. In the future some of these issues can be handled by email.

If there is uncertainty over an issue or recommendation, please also review the objection I have filed in the case. When appropriate I try to include sufficient detail in my lengthy objections so that the issues can be understood and addressed.

All of these cases are first time up for confirmation, and so it is likely that they will be continued if not ready to be confirmed. Common issues that will delay confirmation of a case that is otherwise ready will be estimated tax claims and pending requests for documents or information. Another common issue in our form plan arises when non-standard provisions are intended and included, but the proper box on page 1 of the plan is not checked. Per the terms of the Plan, if the box is not checked, then the non-standard provisions are not effective. I object and request amendment to give the Debtor an opportunity to correct the issue and make the non-standard provisions effective.

“Call” means the Court will call the case unless a different agreement is reached. “OconMod” means that I think we can circulate an agreed Order.
